On March 18, 2020 Governor Polis released an Executive Order ordering suspension of normal in-person instruction to all public and private elementary and secondary schools in the State of Colorado due to the presence of COVID-19. Suspension of normal in-person instruction is March 23, 2020 to April 17, 2020.
Children ages 0-18 have the option to pick up free grab and go meals at the curbs of Fisher’s Peak Elementary or Trinidad Middle School (Park Street) beginning March 23 through April 17, 2020 from 11 a.m.-1 p.m.
CHSAA cancelled all practices and events until April 18, 2020. State assessments are on hold.
Administrators and teachers are in the planning stages of delivery models for off-site instruction. Next week notifications will be sent to parents on next steps.
