Former local DA sworn in to NM Attorney Bar

Former Las Animas County District Attorney Frank Ruybalid, Esq. (center) was sworn into the New Mexico Attorney Bar on Feb. 27. He now has dual licensure in New Mexico and Colorado as an attorney where he has practiced continuously for the past 32 years. To the left, is Mario Gonsalves, Esq., Regional Managing Attorney for State of New Mexico Children, Youth, and Families Dept., Santa Fe, New Mexico. To the right is Jennifer Scott, Deputy Clerk of the New Mexico Supreme Court. Frank is an attorney for the State of New Mexico in the Children, Youth and Families Division. He and his wife, Sarah Jane, reside in Trinidad.
