The undefeated Kim/Branson Lady Mustangs walked across campus Jan. 6 to open home court parquet and host the Antonito Trojans to a non-conference game, hoping to remain undefeated and move to 9-0 on the season and improve on their state ranking at 15 (rankings sourced from MaxPreps).

The Lady Mustangs did not disappoint, dispatching the Trojans 52-42 to stay perfect on the season.

The Lady Mustangs shared hosting duties with a Mustang boys team hoping to continue to improve on a tough early season.  The Mustang boys did continue to progress and went on to beat the Trojans 62-53 while improving their season record to 4-5.

Next up, the Kim/Branson Mustangs share the bus and travel dusty roads to McClave to meet the Cardinals Jan. 13 at 5 p.m.
