Logging In

You can log-in using your regular Username and Password from:

1. The Flashing arrow on the Home page like the one on the right
2. The "link" above the Weather button in the masthead

Once you have logged in you will see the Flipbook Reader.

How do I flip between pages?

You can flip between pages in a few ways:

1. Click on the arrows on the main navigation bar
2. Using your mouse, click and drag any page corner to turn the page
3. Using your keyboard, click the left or right arrows to turn pages back and forth

How do I zoom into a page to read?

You can zoom in and out of pages in several ways:

1. Click anywhere on a page to zoom in
2. Click again to "zoom-out"
3. Click the icon in the tool menu at the top
4. Press the "z" key on your keyboard to zoom in and out of pages

How do I scroll a page once I have zoomed in?

You can scroll pages in several ways:

1. Scroll up and down the page by either click & drag with your mouse
2. Click the "up" and "down" arrow keys on your keyboard
3. Click the icon in the tool menu at the top
4. Press the "z" key on your keyboard to zoom in and out of pages

How do I navigate between pages?

You can navigate between pages in several ways:

1. Click the "left" and "right" arrows on your keyboard
2. Click the arrows on opposite sides of the page in view

How do I Zoom in even closer?

When zoomed-in, you can zoom in further by:

1. Pressing the 3 "a" icons in the tool bar to the right to toggle between the 3 zoom levels: normal, larger and largest
2. Press the "a" key on your keyboard to toggle between the 3 zoom levels: normal, larger and largest

When in larger or largest, you can still click & drag in all 4 directions. You can also use all 4 arrow keys.

What keyboard shortcuts are available to use?

Use the following keyboard shortcuts:

1. 'Right arrow' will flip to the next page (whether you're zoomed-in or not)
2. 'Left arrow' will flip to the previous page (wether you're zoomed-in or not)
3. 'Z' will zoom-in and zoom-out
4. 'Up arrow' will scroll up the page when zoomed-in
5. 'Down arrow' will scroll down the page when zoomed-in
6. When zoomed-in, 'a' toggles between normal, larger and largest zoom levels
7. When zoomed-in to larger or largest, 'left arrow' and 'right arrow' scroll to opposite sides of current pages.

What do all those icons on the toolbar represent?

The first 3 buttons on the menu perform the following functions:

1. "Cover" - returns you to the cover page
2. "pages" - displays previews of all the pages in the newspaper - click on a preview thumbnail to open that page for reading
3. "Archives" - display list of previous issues of the newspaper.

From any page you can also:

1. Email page your friend
2. Social bookmark to popular sites like Digg, Facebook and Delicious
3. Print the page you're reading
4. Download as a PDF document for offline reading
