Attorney General Phil Weiser announced Thursday, Feb. 10 that a crowdfunded Colorado mask company will offer refunds to Coloradans who supported its crowdfunding campaigns to develop a product that would eliminate 99% of pathogens to protect customers during the COVID-19 pandemic, and then neglected to honor its satisfaction guarantee when customers later requested refunds.

The Primero boys basketball team competed in two games over the weekend, beating each team. The first game was against the La Veta Redhawks, which was a conference matchup, and the second was against the South Baca Patriots. The games were won with scores of 57 to 51 and 61 to 27 respectively.
The development of Fishers Peak State Park is expected to create some 70 miles of trails in the newly created state park, but some locals are looking to have another stretch of trail added to the master plan before its finalization — a trail to connect Trinidad to the face of the park, which they say was supported in a 2015 plan created by the City of Trinidad.
GREELEY — The Colorado Livestock Association (CLA) announced Zachary Riley as the organization’s new Chief Executive Officer, effective March 7, 2022. He will replace long-time leader Bill Hammerich. Riley is well versed in the legislative and regulatory issues related to Colorado animal agriculture. He has also been involved with industry efforts on health care, climate, energy, transportation and labor.
