Lenore Mincic left this earth to be with our Lord on February 28, 2022 in Katy, Texas from complication due to diabetes. Lenore was born on March 26, 1938 to Rose ( R i c c a t o n e ) a n d S a m F a l s e t t o i n T r i n i d a d , Colorado. Lenore spent much of her younger life taking care of her ailing mom and her little brother Frank.

Primero boys basketball team finishes strong at regionals, end season 14-9
The Primero boys basketball team faced off against the Wiley Panthers at the Region Six basketball tournament on Friday, March 4. The Bulldogs lost 47-30 in a third place finish at regionals, ending their basketball season.
Local teams advance to regionals; shutout from state playoffs
High school varsity basketball teams from Hoehne, Kim/ Branson, Raton and Primero participated in postseason play last week, as all of these districts had teams advance to regional playoff games. Hoehne The 18-4 Hoehne Lady Farmers basketball team has had an incredible season.

BLM seeks public nominations for Northern New Mexico Resource Advisory Council
FARMINGTON, N.M. — The Bureau of Land Management announces that it is seeking public nominations for vacant positions and positions that will become vacant on its Northern New Mexico Resource Advisory Council, which advises the BLM on public land issues within the Farmington District and Rio Puerco Field Office. As advertised in the Federal Register, the BLM will consider nominations until April 4, 2022.
State’s marijuana sales topped $151M in January
Marijuana sales in Colorado topped $151 million in January, according to the latest figures from the Department of Revenue (DOR). The total is the secondhighest mark that Colorado has recorded in the month of January since marijuana was legalized for recreational and medicinal purposes in 2014.
