Trinidad City Council seeks to hold proper, respectful setting during council meetings

Trinidad City Council discussed meeting decorum during a work session Monday, with some councilmembers asking the public to be more respectful towards council and the flow of city council meetings. The work session comes after multiple weeks of public comments during which the public directed criticism towards councilmembers and city staff.
