The Las Animas County Commissioners received their first look at conceptual plans for an industrial park during a regular meeting Tuesday, July 19. Las Animas County recently contracted with Armstrong Consultants Inc., a civil engineering firm that has experience with airports, to create a conceptual plan for developing an industrial park at Perry Stokes Airport east of Trinidad.
