who passed away one year ago August 21, 2021 The moment you left us our hearts split in two. One side filled with memories; the other side died with you. Colorado Shooting Range Development Grant Program to provide $900K funds for eight shooting range projects

Colorado Parks and Wildlife DENVER — Colorado Parks and Wildlife has awarded $909,987 to eight shooting range projects across Colorado through the agency’s Shooting Range Development Program. The funds will go toward developing new shooting ranges and upgrading existing ranges.

Colorado conservationists offer alternative plan for wolf reintro

A coalition of 14 conservation groups has unveiled an alternative proposal to help guide wolf reintroduction and recovery ahead of a Colorado Parks and Wildlife meeting recently in Edwards. Lindsay Larris, wildlife program director, WildEarth Guardians, said the proposal focuses on the benefits and opportunities for fostering healthy wolf populations, in contrast to the agency’s current emphasis on artificially limiting populations, and when and how wolves can be killed.
