AG encouraged by progress made in $4.25B national opioid settlement agreement with Teva

Colorado Attorney General DENVER —Attorney General Phil Weiser released the following statement regarding progress toward a $4.25 billion nationwide opioid agreement framework with Teva Pharmaceuticals: “I am encouraged by the progress that state attorneys general have made in talks with Teva Pharmaceuticals and I look forward to reviewing the $4.25 billion opioid agreement framework announced.
