DENVER — An archery hunter injured by a moose in the Trap Creek area of Larimer County on Tuesday, Sept. 13, did all the right things before and after the attack to ensure his survival and rescue.

Electric customers within the City of Trinidad will see an increased cost on their electric bills after Trinidad City Council approved a rate adjustment. Trinidad City Council voted 7-0 Tuesday, after a public hearing during which no residents spoke, to approve an approximate 4.5% rate increase for electric utility customers.
