Saturday, Trinidad High School played solid defense and shot the ball well on the offensive side of the ball, and they held off a late three-point shooting rally by the Lady Rams of Centennial (San Luis) (3-6, 0-0), winning the contest 33-29.
The Primero boys welcomed the Springfield Longhorns to their gym for a league game on Jan. 13, losing by a score of 53-45. The Bulldogs faced the John Mall Panthers at home for a non-league game on Jan. 14, losing 55-54.
