LA County Health issues avian flu guidance for residents, ag producers
“While the risk to humans remains low, people should avoid direct contact with wild birds and observe them only from a distance,” the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment said in an avian flu fact sheet shared with media. “Wild birds can be infected with avian flu without appearing sick.”

Trinidad Police Department saw a reduction of over 2,000 calls for service last year, Trinidad City Hall expanded its staff to improve services for citizens and Trinidad’s housing crisis is being knocked down through government- incentives — those are just some of the accomplishments of the city last year that Trinidad Mayor Phil Rico lauded during his annual State of the City Address.
