TSC, city enter into Housing Now incentive agreement to alleviate sewer issue

The City of Trinidad and Trinidad State College are entering into a Workforce Housing Now Incentive agreement after the college’s housing redevelopment program came up against a sewer block. The agreement, unanimously approved by Trinidad City Council Tuesday, March 7, allocates $50,000 of city housing incentive funds to TSC to complete a reconfiguration of a sewer line that is currently connected to two homes the college owns, and one abutting home owned by another party.
