Trinidad City Council grappled with the complexity of community concerns over unhoused people within city limits during its work session on August 26.
On August 20, Trinidad City Council unanimously approved an ordinance for a ballot measure to increase the lodging tax by 3% for voters to approve in the upcoming November general election.
