‘Garbage Glam’ returns to Main St. Live Saturday

Garbage Glam, a “low” fashion show will be held at Main Street Live at 7 p.m. Sept 13. The show features clothing made from up-cycled or recycled materials. There will be a silent auction and lots of surprises, promises organizers. Admission is a $10 tax deductible cash, or checks made out to benefit the Somebody Cares Food Project. ACLU releases unredacted documents, reveals scope, capacities, of ICE’s potential detention centers in La Junta, Walsenburg  

On Aug. 28, the American Civil Liberties Union, ACLU, released new details for the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s, ICE, expansion plans, with prison owners ‘ claims of their capacities for detention in La Junta and Walsenburg and how soon the facilities could begin operations.
