In Memory of Beverly Jo Maniscalco-Gourdin

November 18th, 1943 August 8, 2021 Beverly Jo was the type of woman who could light up any room with laughter, whether she was laughing with you or because of you, it was impossible to not join in.

To her friends and family, Beverly was a comforting presence who could turn any situation into one with positivity and joy. Those whom she gave a hard time to, were the ones she cared most about.

Itʼs not enough to say that we miss her… We miss eating El Rancho across from her, we miss sitting on the porch swing in the cool evenings next to her, we miss her April Foolʼs pranks and, of course, her incredible laugh.

Beverly left us for a better place on August 8th, 2021.

She is survived by her brother Tony and his wife Karen, her two sons, Travis and Ron Jr. Gourdin, her cousins Sammy and Joanne Maniscalco and her beloved dog, Flash Gourdin. She was preceded in death by her husband and love of her life, Ron Sr. In her final years, Bev spent much of her time with her dear friends, Roberta Brown, Cathy Mattorano and Megan Brown. As we reach a year after her passing, we want to celebrate the life she lived. We take comfort in knowing that she and Ron Sr. now get to be together again, even if theyʼre smoking cigarettes and gambling… We miss you, we love you, and you are a part of our hearts forever.
