Dorothy M. Ortiz of 1303 Santa Fe Trail passed away at home on August 28, 2022. She was 92.

She was preceded in death by parents Elipio an d Cornelia Garduño and sister Marie Manuel, brother David Garduño.

She is survived by sisters: Tivy Trujillo, Irene O`Brian of Trinidad; Betty Muniz, Theresa Martinez of Denver; 5 children Gerri Gurule, Pueblo, Toby and James Ortiz; Trinidad, Arlene Romero (Ron Trujillo) Denver; Lori Varney ( Mathew Varney) Buffalo, NY; 9 grandchildren Tammy Ortiz, Joseph Romero, Valerie Gurule, Tom (Jesse) Gurule , Phillip (Julia) Gurule, Christopher (April) Martinez, Elizabeth Gurule, Zachary Truijllo, Cody Janson. 4 great grandchildren; Christopher Martinez Jr, Chloe Gurule, Yesenia Gurule, Camilla Gurule.

Visitations will be on Wednesday 7, 2022 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm for family, 3:00 pm -6:00 pm for the public, at Comi Funeral Home Chapel.

Funeral services will be Thursday, August 8, 2022, Rosary at 12:30 pm with Mass at 1:00 pm at Holy Trinity Church prior to the bur ial at the Tr inidad Catholic Cemetery.
