Kenneth A. Henderson, 72, of Weston, Colorado, passed away Sunday, November 6, 2022, at UCHealth Surgical Clinic– Memorial Hospital in Colorado Springs, Colorado, after a short illness.

He was born in Alamogordo, New Mexico, in September of 1950. Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents, Andy Z. Henderson, Salem, NM Thelma Stevens, Salamanca, NY, and one brother Stanley Henderson.

Kenneth married Belinda G. McAlister on August 30, 1975 in Plainview, TX, and became a loving father to Misty G Henderson in August 1976.

His wife and daughter were his greatest loves. In May of 1980, Kenneth became an Ordained Southern Baptist Minister in Gila, NM. He went on to pastor churches in NM and AZ for the next 28 years. Upon retiring in 2007, Kenneth and Belinda moved to Weston, CO, where he became an bi-vocational minister at Stonewall Community Church, until December 2014.

Kenneth is survived by his wife, Belinda G. Henderson, daughter, Misty G. Henderson, and two brothers, George Henderson, Salem, NM and David Henderson, Caballo, NM.

A Celebration of Life service for Kenneth will be held in the Spring of 2023 at the Hendersons’s home in Weston, CO.
