69. She was born in Trinidad, CO on April 08, 1953, to Merle Donald Skeldum and Priscilla Melzo-Griego. was united in marriage to Alfonso Jr. Romero for 45 years. Although she grew up in Trinidad, CO in 1987 Christine moved with her husband and three sons to Colorado Springs CO until 2010, she then relocated to Mesa, AZ where she would pass.

Christine was preceded in death by her loving husband Alfonso “Junior” Romero, parents Merle Donald Skeldum, and Priscilla Melzo-Griego motherinlaw and father-in-law Rafelita and Alfonso Romero, sister, Shirley Archuleta, and brother Donald Skeldum. Christine is survived by her sister Darlene Crosby (Neil) of Colorado Springs, sons Carlos Romero (Christina) Colorado Springs, CO., Vincent Romero (Shelly), Mesa, AZ Erik Romero, Mesa, AZ. Grandson and granddaughters Isaiah Romero (Marissa), Isabella Romero, Emma Romero, Evana Romero and greatgrandson, Harrison Romero.
