The Fisher’s Peak Elementary Rubik’s Cube Team showcased their puzzle-solving abilities for the Trinidad School District No. 1 Board of Education and other members of the school community during a board meeting Wednesday, Feb. 22, at Trinidad Middle School. Six members of the competitive team each worked to solve a Rubik’s Cube, with some working faster than others. The team, which saw a brief pause in meeting during the COVID-19 pandemic, is coached by Anne Phillis, a fifth-grade teacher at FPE.
