Alberta Christine (Dahl) Barger age 93 passed away on June 7, 2022. Alberta was born in Sopris, CO on December 15, 1928. She was the youngest of four siblings. She was preceded in death by her parents Arthur and Joanna Dahl, brother Hebert (Rosemary) Dahl, sister Irene (Howard) Redd, sister Thelma (Harry) Groves, and husband Clarence Graham Barger. She is survived by her son Wayne (Karen) Barger and son Richard Barger (David Eichholtz), grandson Chris Barger, grandson Matthew (Trish) Barger, great grandsons Brady and Emmett Barger, five nieces and nephews and their children.

After living in Sopris, CO, Dawson, NM, Yankee, NM and growing up in Raton, NM, Alberta married Graham in 1957 and moved to Pueblo, CO. In 1973 they moved back to Trinidad, CO where she remained the rest of her life. She worked in banking as a teller or book keeper her entire working career retiring from Trinidad National Bank.

There will be no memorial services per the request of Alberta. She will be laid to rest in Trinidad Catholic Cemetery. Arrangements made under the direction of Mullare-Murphy Funeral Home.
