Main Street Live’s latest play could be the most fun thing in town 

Shoot-Out at Sadie’s Saloon, a melodrama, gave audiences a reason to boo — and cheer and laugh, with its encouragement for audiences to participate and react to the purposely bombastic dialogue and sensationalized performances. Director Nancy Mitchell opened the play and encouraged the crowd to get as involved with the play as possible, to boo the villain, cheer the hero, and interact with the actors.
