Fate of Trinidad outdoor dining remains undetermined

Outdoor dining within Trinidad city limits remains up in the air after the city removed its final parklet from downtown nearly two years ago, but Trinidad City Council has the idea to allow outdoor dining on its radar once more. The proposal to bring expanded outdoor dining, either through individual locations or communal dining, came to the forefront again in late-February during councils’ annual retreat — although Mayor Phil Rico said Friday, April 7, that it remains up in the air if council will move the proposal forward.

LA County sees $2M in pot sales during first month of year, down from month, year prior

Las Animas County saw some $2 million of marijuana sold during the first month of this year, a decline both year over year and from the month prior, according to the Colorado Department of Revenue. The county saw $2,033,806 of recreational marijuana sold in January, a 19.2% decline from December last year, and a 46.4% decline from January 2022.

Ingredients 2 ¾ cups of all-purpose flour ½ teaspoon cream of tarter ½ teaspoon baking soda ½ teaspoon of salt ¼ teaspoon of ground cinnamon ¼ teaspoon of ground nutmeg 1 ¾ cups of sugar, divided ½ cup of unsalted butter, softened 1 large egg, room temperature ½ teaspoon vanilla extract ¾ cup apple butter 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon Instructions Whisk together flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, salt, ¼ teaspoon cinnamon, and nutmeg in a medium sized bowl until combined. Combine butter and 1 ½ cups sugar in a large bowl.
