Ty Winter and Edwin Dean Ormiston, two candidates for Colorado House District 47, participated in the Trinidad-Las Animas County Chamber of Commerce Monday, Oct. 10, giving greater insight into their positions on topics ranging from drugs to crime to abortion to water rights.
