ABC Disability Support Group receives pair of $500 donations
ABC Disability Support Group in Trinidad recently received a pair of $500 donations from the Trinidad Triggers and Evergreen Natural Resources. This is the second consecutive year Evergreen has donated to the local disability support group and the group has worked with the Triggers to improve accessibility at the Central Park baseball facilities.

Hickenlooper, Bennet, sound alarm on monkeypox, vaccine inequities
WASHINGTON, D.C. — U.S. Senators John Hickenlooper, Michael Bennet and 20 of their Senate colleagues today sent a letter to the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) urging the agencies to acknowledge inequities of vaccine access and immediately increase access to the JYNNEOS monkeypox and smallpox vaccine to all communities in the United States.

From booth to retail bay — Trinidad Tea Company to open in historic Fox West Theatre downtown location
Trinidad’s set to become a little tastier with the addition of a downtown location for Trinidad Tea Company. The locally owned business, offering tea by the cup and by the bag, is expected to open its doors to the public later this summer or early-September.
