Trinidad High School received a $50,000 donation this month that is expected to help its students and staff make progress on the district’s Community GreenSpace — a collaborative effort between state and local groups.
Trinidadians lined the streets of downtown Saturday in the first parade of the year for the 2nd annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade, filled with green attire, candy and potatoes.

Marijuana sales in Colorado topped $151 million in January, according to the latest figures from the Department of Revenue (DOR). The total is the secondhighest mark that Colorado has recorded in the month of January since marijuana was legalized for recreational and medicinal purposes in 2014.
FARMINGTON, N.M. — The Bureau of Land Management announces that it is seeking public nominations for vacant positions and positions that will become vacant on its Northern New Mexico Resource Advisory Council, which advises the BLM on public land issues within the Farmington District and Rio Puerco Field Office. As advertised in the Federal Register, the BLM will consider nominations until April 4, 2022.
