Leaders from the city and county governments recently met to discuss topics related to the ongoing housing concerns in both jurisdictions including information presented by the Southern Colorado Economic Development District, the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority and the Department of Local Affairs.

Please be advised of the following scheduled full daytime closures of Interstate 25 at Exit 11 just south of Trinidad next week. This alert relates to the Colorado Department of Trans-portation’s I-25 Exit 11 Interchange Improvement project in Las Animas County. A reminder to the public is that all construction schedules are weather dependent and subject to change.
