Secretary of State awards Help America Vote Act grants to counties, LA County snags over $23,000

Secretary of State Jena Griswold announced that the first round of County Security and Accessibility Grants has awarded a total of $2,412,838.55 to 42 counties.Counties can use the grants to increase the security and accessibility of voting systems and locations, boost election judges’ pay and provide funding for Sunday voting locations ahead of the 2024 General Election.

Company presents program that implements technology to catch speeders to Trinidad City Council

During the City of Trinidad Special Meeting of the City Council on October 7, one of the owners of Emergent Enforcement Solutions, a strategic partner with Traffic Logix, presented on the use of technology to catch speeders at a much higher rate and frequency and offered a municipality pilot program.
