21-year-old Trinidad man faces list of charges, a $52,000 bond, following multiple alleged domestic incidences in 21-month span  

Antonio Mejia, 21, had been racking up domestic-related charges, on multiple incidences, since September 2023, with his most recent apprehension on Jun. 6, 2025, which saw the Trinidad man sitting in the Las Animas County Detention Center under a $52,000 bond.

Man arrested for alleged Cimino Park stabbing in October reportedly assaults detention officers while in custody  

During the late fall of 2024, The Chronicle-News reported the apprehension of Patrick Sebring on Oct. 28 after authorities arrested the man for a stabbing that happened at Cimino Park, charging him with criminal attempt of first-degree murder, a class two felony.
