Patricia H Keck passed peacefully on November 29th of sudden Kidney failure. Trish was creating her art and enjoying life to the fullest till her last day.

It is with deep sorrow that the family of Frances A. Gonzales announces her passing on the evening of December 24, 2022, at the age of 77. She passed away surrounded by family in the comfort of her home. She will be lovingly remembered by her daughters, grandchildren, great grandchildren, brothers, and many other family members. Frances was preceded in death by her husband, who passed away in 2016, parents Faye and Manuel Lucero, and her brother Manuel 'Sonny' Lucero. She is survived by daughters Denise Gonzales, Lisa Rotondo, and Cindy Shew (husband Nick Shew); six grandchildren, Joey Abeyta (wife Ashley), Chelsea Rotondo, Mariah Espinoza, Alyssa Ayala (husband Roberto), Dante Shew, and Isabella Shew; five greatg randchildren, Lyniah Retana, Ariya Ayala, Josiah Retana, Ensley Abeyta, and Alira Ayala; brothers Richard Lucero (wife Bernice) and Ronald Lucero. She was a devoted daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother. She was the best woman anyone could have asked for to fulfill any and every one of these roles. She will be greatly missed. Frances had an amazingly creative and artistic side that many may not have known. She was also a very private woman, so as per her wishes, no services will be held. Jennie Chavez, 82, of Trinidad, Colorado, went to be with the lord on December 17, 2022 surrounded by her loving family. Jennie was the president of Our Lady of Guadelupe Society, and we ask that all members attend mass.

Jennie Chavez, 82, of Trinidad, Colorado, went to be with the lord on December 17, 2022 surrounded by her loving family. She was born July 17, 1940, in La Junta, Colorado, the daughter of late Al and Beatrice Pacheco. She was one of 5 siblings; Ramona, Anthony, Lawrence, Gilbert, and Linda. She was married to Flavio Chavez, her husband of 57 years. She attended and graduated from Holy Trinity Catholic School. Throughout her career she worked for numerous doctors' o f f i c e s , as a receptionist, which she later retired from.

Sally L. Cole, 73 passed away peacefully in her home December 22, 2022. She was b o r n September 30,1949 in Trinidad, CO. The daughter of Eloisa and Kelly Simpson. Sally worked at the Trinidad Nursing Home, was a wonderful Mother to 4 boys and enjoyed spending time with her husband of 38 years, Bob. Sally loved to play softball in her younger years and as she got older she loved t o f i s h a t Monument Lake and spend time with family. Sally was a wonderful Grandmother, her 2 grandsons were the light of her life.

Terry Frese, 74, was fatally hit by an Amtrak train on 10 Dec. 2022 in Hoehne CO. He was born in Iliff CO. 17 Sept. 1948 to the late Harriet (Schoenfeld) and Bert Frese. Brother to Harold Frese and sister Joyce Krupske. He spent his time fishing, watching high school sports, talking to people around town, and occasionally conversating with people through Facebook. He started his career teaching in Hoehne and working for his ex-wifeʼs father Roy Morris. He went on to teach in other parts of Colorado and ended up living in Sterling CO., where he worked at Wal-Mart before retiring. He is survived by his sonʼs Randy KS., Craig CO., and ex-wife Katherine (Morris) Snezek OH.
