Julia Santillanes passed away peacefully at the Trinidad Inn Nursing Home at the age of 94, on August 16, 2022. She was a lifelong Trinidad resident and was well loved in the community. Julia was born on April 12, 1928 to Juan D. and Sarita Santistevan in Valdez, CO. She grew up surrounded by loving siblings that included brothers Fred, Jose S., William, and Martin, and sisters Isabel and Delia. She was united in marriage to Raymond Santillanes on December 5, 1946, and they were blessed with five children.

Barbara Marie Dolores Gomez devoted wife, mother, and friend Barbara Gomez, 81, died Friday, July 29, 2022, peacefully in her sleep at her sonʼs Lakewood home after she enjoyed a night surrounded by family.

Amanda Machelle Lopez Matcalf passed away July 26, 2022. She was born in Douglas Wyoming on May 20th 1977. Amanda was a loving wife and mother of 3, Cassieopiea, Charlette and Rowen and her grandson Lakoda. She is also survived by her husband Bryan Lee Metcalf, mother Faye A. Lopez and brothers; Peter Steven Lopez and John Al Lopez Jr., and numerous other relatives. Amanda was preceded in death by her father John A. Lopez Sr.
