The Trinidad Lady Miners (9-10, 1-6) will finish off their regular season schedule at the Rye Tournament this coming Friday and Saturday. On Tuesday night THS lost their final home match of the 2022 season against a tough team from Springfield in three sets 25-10, 25-19 and 25-11.

Then they came home last Saturday and showed heart and a willingness to overcome adversity in an exciting and long five set win over South Park 25-18, 25-18, 21-25, 18-25 and 15-4 “These are two really big wins for these girls and our volleyball program,” Ashleigh Akcerman said.

So, he went to the owner of Flo Jo’s BBQ and Hall and he asked Florence Behavin if the players could use her hall in the back of the restaurant. She said “yes,” and Cordova and his league has been moving full steam ahead ever since.
Hoehne’s 2022 volleyball team continues to improve each game and gained a big Colorado Class 2AA District win over longtime nemesis Swink in five sets at home last week in front a huge crowd home crowd.
