Once again, the gates of heaven are opening up for one more child. My son, Dustin Troy Maria, took flight on angelʼs wings for his journey to heaven on October 3rd, 2022.

We know he will be greeted by his grandparents, Ernest & Emma Garcia, his Father Don Maria, and happily welcomed by his two sisters, Desiree Garcia and Deirdre Maria.

Dustin is survived by his mother, Ernestine Maria, his brother Destry Maria (Janette), his children, Denae, Donald, Rhiannon & Jonathan, his Uncle Ernie & Aunt Pat. Nine Grandchildren, Nephew Anthony, Niece Sierra and numerous cousins & friends. Special friendship Carmel & Delores Cordova.

Dustin was kind and generous and always ready to help anyone in need. A friend to everyone he met. All of those who knew Dustin their hearts were touched by him. His soft brown eyes would glisten when he helped someone. Hugging Dustin was like hugging a cuddly warm teddy bear.

Dustin was raised in Arvada, CO. He followed his fatherʼs passion and became a welder for many years. A perfectionist in everything he did. He loved horses and watching car races while finding solace fishing in the mountains.

Dustin will be sorely missed by all who loved him.
