Las Animas County saw a decline in retail marijuana sales in October 2021 when compared to 2020 — taking in some $1.3 million less year over year, according to the latest monthly market data from the Colorado Department of Revenue.

Las Animas County took in around $5.1 million in retail marijuana sales in October, down 21% from $6.5 million in sales last year. Compared to October 2019 — a pre-pandemic market — the county saw just $385,049 less in retail marijuana sales in October 2021.
