More than 100 new dinosaur tracks

More than 100 new dinosaur tracks have been found at the Picket Wire Canyonlands site in southeastern Colorado. Canyons in the Comanche National Grasslands are home to the largest dinosaur track site in North America.

As many as 150 new dinosaur tracks, dated to have been made around 150 million years ago, were uncovered in the Picket Wire Canyonlands.

U.S. Forest Service officials said the tracks were discovered during cleanup after the Purgatoire River flooded this summer at the site located near La Junta.
