Trinidad State College freshman and recent Primero graduate Anthony Pena ran in the 31st Joe I. Vigil Invitational Saturday in Alamosa, completing the 8K race with a time of 28:58.8. Pena won state in the class 1A 1600- and 3200-meter runs for Primero last May. Rick Carpenter / Primero
