Sara was born in Delagua, CO July 29, 1947, to Geneva Martinez and Thomas Ortiz, and went home to our heavenly Father July 22, 2022.

Sara was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister who loved her family with her whole being and would do anything for them. She will be loved, missed and cherished forever.

Sara is preceded in death by her parents Tom and Geneva, sisters: Nellie, Sophie and Frances, brother John, daughter Valerie, and grandsons Brian and Michael.

Sara is survived by her husband Albert, her children Tom (Valerie), Tina (Robert), Anthony and Brian, Alfred (Melanie), Tara (John), mother-in-law Lydia, her siblings Jenny (Mike), Rosie (Rudy), Virgina, Linda and Ray (Tammy), many grandkids, nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends Funeral Services will be

Funeral Services will be held Friday August 5, 2022 with Rosary at 9 am at the Comi Chapel followed by the Funeral Mass at 10 am at Holy Trinity Church.
