Coalition for unhoused introducing new, experienced members to address homelessness population in Trinidad
During the City of Trinidadâs City Council regular meeting, Det. Sgt Lay, who is also a chair for the Trinidad and Huerfano County Coalition for the Unhoused, introduced Chelsea Meece as the new systems coordinator for the organization along with a new co-responder, Alfia Lane for the Trinidad Police Department, to provide insight on better serving the community and unhoused population within the city.
