This morning, at approximately 5:30 am, Trinidad Fire Department responded to a fully engulfed structure fire at 216 E Goddard Ave. Upon arrival, firefighters made an offensive attack on the structure as well as providing exposure protection to neighboring sheds.

The fire was under control at 6:22 am. The primary structure was a total loss and neighboring sheds sustained minor damage. No injuries were reported. All units cleared the scene at 8:33 am. The cause of the fire is under investigation at this time.
