On the afternoon of Sept. 26 around 2:30 p.m. the City of Trinidad announced a traffic closure at the 100 block of South Waverly due to an unexpected water main break, which they were working to repair.

“We’re deeply sorry for this unexpected inconvenience. We have crews actively working on the issue,” The city said in its announcement.

According to the city, certain sections of Main St. were affected as well.
