Jumisko waives preliminary hearing, positions to plead guilty
Inka Jumisko, 29, the Albuquerque woman who was accused of vehicular homicide while under the influence back in May, found herself back in Las Animas County court, Monday, Oct. 20, for a preliminary hearing, which she opted to waive in light of a potential plea agreement.
